Wareproud is where high performance sport meets strategy. Founded by Anna Wintermans, Wareproud supports athletes, coaches, and sport organizations with a science led approach to performance, injury prevention, and long term development.


With a Master’s degree in Movement Science and experience as a European and World Championship medalist, Anna brings both elite sport insight and academic expertise. Over the past five years she has worked closely with Olympic and Paralympic athletes, combining practical coaching support with mobility, Pilates, and strength and conditioning principles to help athletes train consistently and perform at their best.

Wareproud also supports the journey beyond competition through athlete management and personal branding, connecting sport talent with strategic opportunities and partnerships. The mission is clear: empower athletes and elevate sport by blending science, performance, and vision.
